Description:

In May, 2006 the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Division utilized a request for proposal (RFP) process for consulting services to prepare an update of Bloomington's Park Master Plan. The attached RFP was compiled utilizing format and language gleaned from park planning RFP's developed by several other Parks and Recreation departments throughout Minnesota.
