Submit a Best Practice, Contact Person, Link or Document - it's quick and easy! All you need to do is to click on one of the links below and fill in the information. Think of best practices as innovative, dynamic practices and tools that others can adopt in whole or in part to meet their own needs. Before submitting your BP, please review following information headings to ensure that you have the necessary information at hand:
  • Situation/Description: This is a short description of the situation/issue/challenge or of the Contact Person, Link or Document.
  • Approach: This is a description of how the situation was dealt with; including methodology, if appropriate.
  • Outcome: This is a description of the results that were obtained; or benefits realized. Whenever possible, multiple measures/outcomes should be included.
  • Contact Information: Who to contact for further information; at a minimum, including name, phone number and email address.
  • Key word searches: add key words/phrases on which to search.
  • Attachments/Links: can be added and will appear on the "Links" tab when viewing a BP.
  • BP Categories: Please review the Best Practice categories listed on the left-hand side of the page."
